Individual and Group Consultation available!
Individual Consultation
One-on-one support tailored to your needs, cases, and growing edges. Ideal for therapists preparing for certification, navigating complex cases, or wanting focused mentorship.
Group Consultation
Join a small circle of IFS therapists and practitioners for shared learning, support, and collective wisdom. Groups foster connection, accountability, and the chance to learn from a wide range of systems and styles.
Current groups are kept small (up to 6 participants) to support trust, depth, and active participation.)
Please note: IFS Consultation is not equivalent to clinical supervision toward any formal licensure process. Susan A. Wesnoski, LCSW, and Carys Counseling & Consulting, LLC operate independently of the IFS Institute.
Ready to Work Together?
If you’re longing for a space where all of your therapist parts are welcome — the part that’s confident, the part that’s unsure, the one that wants to keep learning — I’d love to meet you there.
IFS Individual or Group Therapy
Individual Therapy:
When life feels overwhelming, it can be difficult to slow down and make space for yourself. Individual IFS therapy (Internal Family Systems therapy) provides a supportive, compassionate space to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences while developing a deeper sense of self-understanding and self-compassion.
In our individual therapy sessions, you’ll have dedicated time to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and explore what you need and want with greater clarity. IFS therapy can help you recognize patterns, better understand the different parts of yourself, and approach challenges with greater curiosity and compassion and can be an opportunity to prioritize your well-being and invest in yourself. If you’re ready to make meaningful time for yourself, I invite you to schedule a session and take the first step toward a more connected relationship with yourself.
I currently have limited spots available for individual therapy clients, but please email me at susanwesnoski@caryscc.com to check availability and clinical fit. I am licensed to work with people located in PA, NJ, and NC.
Group Therapy:
Sometimes the deepest healing happens in spaces where we are witnessed by others, where we can take risks to be seen and heard.
If you are looking to explore personal issues, patterns of behaviors and parts of your internal system, join us in IFS Group Therapy.
We will create a time-limited, usually 10 weeks, group of 6-8 people who share a common goal of creating more connection within their own system and with others.
