What I Bring to the Room

I’m powered by caffeine and great playlists.  I’m a proud mom to 2 young adults and love snuggling with my cat and dog. Currently interested in the topic of consciousness and opening up to all of our senses.

I’ve taught and supervised hundreds of therapists over the years—and I’m grateful to be a lifelong learner.  I believe some of our best learning happens when we can show up authentically and be curious together, laugh a little, question what we think we know, and make room for the messy realities of being human.

I love helping therapists get curious about the things that feel stuck, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and discover new possibilities in their work.

I’ve worked in private practice, hospitals, research trials, community behavioral health, with children, adolescents, couples, families, groups, new moms, people in recovery, Veterans, built two businesses, and more.

I value the many identities, cultures, and lived experiences each of us brings into the room. I strive to meet differences with curiosity and cultural humility, knowing there is always more to learn and that I won’t always get it right. I believe good intentions aren’t enough; listening, accountability, and a willingness to repair when we’ve missed something matter, too.

My favorite part of IFS? Watching people deepen the relationship with themselves. You are the expert of you. It is my honor to work with you.
